Subscription & Billing Policy

Subscription Model

VinTrusted uses a time-based subscription model that grants temporary access to vehicle history reports during defined billing periods.

You are charged for access time, not per individual report. This means you can run multiple reports (up to daily limits) during each billing period without additional per-report charges.

Usage Limits

Access to the Service includes the following limits:

⚠️ Important: Daily limits apply even if you do not use the Service. Unused reports or access time do NOT qualify for refunds.

Automatic Cancellation

After three (3) billing cycles (approximately 40 days total), your subscription will automatically cancel. No further charges will occur unless you manually resubscribe.

Manual Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. See our Refund Policy for details.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or expired card), your access to the Service may be immediately suspended. We may attempt to retry the payment. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be canceled.

Refunds

All charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
