Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

To cancel, contact us at support@vintrusted.com with your account email address.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

⚠️ Important: Cancellation does NOT result in a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30-60 business days and credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer's processing schedule.

Billing Disputes

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us, your access to the Service may be immediately suspended, and your account may be permanently closed.
