Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

To cancel, contact us at support@vintrusted.com with your account email address.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following do NOT qualify for refunds:

• Unused access time within your billing period
• Unused report capacity (e.g., not using your daily 2-report limit)
• Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
• Change of mind after payment is processed
• Dissatisfaction with vehicle report content (data is provided "as is" by ClearVin)

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Technical error: If we are unable to provide the Service due to a technical failure on our end
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period
• Legal requirement: Where refunds are mandated by applicable law

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30-60 business days and credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer's processing schedule.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at support@vintrusted.com with:

• Your account email address
• Transaction date and amount
• Description of the issue

We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us, your access to the Service may be immediately suspended, and your account may be permanently closed.
