By accessing and using VIN TRUST ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

VIN TRUST provides vehicle history reports based on Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). Our reports compile information from various sources including:

• National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS)
• State DMV records
• Insurance claims databases
• Auction records
• Other public and proprietary sources

3. Payment and Pricing

Our pricing is as follows:

• Initial VIN Report: $1.00 USD
• Subscription: 3 payments of $49.00 USD every 30 days (automatically cancelled after 90 days)
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

4. Report Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, VIN TRUST:

• Cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all data
• Relies on information from third-party sources
• Recommends professional vehicle inspection before purchase
• Is not responsible for decisions made based on report data

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Use reports for lawful purposes only
• Not resell or redistribute reports
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer our systems

6. Subscription Terms

The subscription service:

• Begins after your initial $1 payment
• Charges $49 every 30 days for 3 billing cycles
• Automatically cancels after the 3rd payment
• Can be cancelled at any time through customer support

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website are the property of VIN TRUST. Reports are licensed for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

VIN TRUST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
